The Business Concept, a British brand focused on critical topics in international business, has recently presented Vitruvian Consulting with the 2023 'Best Conflict Minerals Due Diligence & Compliance Consultancy - Midwest USA' award, part of its CSR Excellence Awards program.
This accolade recognizes Vitruvian's work in the field of responsible minerals sourcing, specifically as it relates to Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act and the EU Regulation on Conflict Minerals (OJ L 130, 19.5.2017, p. 1-20).
Vitruvian Consulting has over 10 years of experience in conflict minerals compliance, having been the primary author of more than 50 (fifty) Specialized Disclosure Forms ("Form SD") due annually to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"), as well as audit support, responding to investor inquiries, and most importantly, managing individualized customer requests that affect supplier score cards.
