Vitruvian Consulting, LLC. is a business registered in the State of Michigan, with its headquarters in Ann Arbor.
We provide consulting and operational solutions for businesses that need to demonstrate compliance with a wide array of legislation, as well as reporting services for those that need to report to the public, the government, customers, investors, and/or any other entity.
In addition to general consulting, we provide a wide array of consulting-complementary services, such as, but not limited to:

- Fidelitas - Our company was created to meet the need in the market for human rights due diligence, among other, related topics. 'Good faith' is a critical component in due diligence and compliance and is a defining characteristic of our business. At Vitruvian, we always operate in good faith. Always.
- Veritas - Truth is important. The whole, unadulterated truth is even more important. At the same time, truth isn't always easy. It can be difficult to deliver critical assessments, and it can be more difficult to receive critical assessments. Nonetheless, if your consultant doesn't tell you the truth because it's too hard, then they shouldn't be your consultant. Businesses can only adapt if they have all the information available to them, and for better or for worse, at Vitruvian, we always tell you the truth. Always.
- Artificial Intelligence ("AI") - AI is one of the most discussed topics in today's society, and as a result, is one of the most marketed topics. At Vitruvian we believe that AI is greatly misunderstood (e.g. the difference between robots taking over the planets v web crawlers v algorithms v ChatGPT (or other language processing systems), etc... Given our deep experience in the field, we know that maintaining a coherent due diligence program is hard enough and leaving it to any type of artificial intelligence is hazardously irresponsible. What's more is that value chain engagement is such a crucial element of success in these matters, and if an entity can't take the time to engage with a value chain partner in good faith, then the likelihood of them engaging in return in good faith is essentially nil. Therefore, we never use AI-generated communications. All communication with Vitruvian, from Vitruvian on behalf of a client, etc.. is always composed and sent by a human. Always.
